Microsoft Teams
Competitor moves in your Teams channels
Orlea posts each change at or above the priority you set to the Teams channels you choose, as a card with what changed, why it matters and a link to the full write-up. Each channel is connected through a Teams workflow, so there is no app to install.
Available on Pro, Team and Enterprise
Example
A change, as a card
What changed lists up to three lines, why it matters is marked as interpretation, and the button opens the change in Orlea.

High priority · Pricing · Brisklane (brisklane.app)
Brisklane cuts Pro to $39 and adds SSO
What changed
• Pro: $49 → $39 a month (−20.4%)
• SSO: Business only → included in Pro
Why it matters
AI interpretation
Brisklane now undercuts your mid-market plan by $10 with SSO included, a common reason deals stall at procurement.
What it does
Built for how teams act.
A card per change
Priority, category and competitor, the headline, what changed and why it matters, with a button that opens the change in Orlea.
Each channel, its own threshold
Add up to 10 channels, each with the lowest priority worth posting. Competitors you follow are posted whatever the priority.
Rules send the rest
An alert rule can send matching changes to any of your Teams channels, whatever that channel's usual minimum.
Facts apart from interpretation
What changed is what the page says. Why it matters is labelled AI interpretation, so nobody takes one for the other.
Nothing read from Teams
Orlea only posts to the workflow you create. It has no access to your Microsoft tenant, its people or its messages.
Delivery you can see
Send a test card, pause a channel and see its last deliveries. If Teams refuses a post, Settings says why and what to do.
Setup
Set up in three steps.
- 01
Create the workflow
In Teams, open the channel's … menu, choose Workflows and pick “Send webhook alerts to a channel”.
- 02
Paste its URL
An admin adds the workflow's URL in Settings → Integrations, with a name for the channel and the lowest priority to post.
- 03
Send a test
Check that the card arrives. From then on, changes are posted as they're confirmed.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Which plans include Microsoft Teams?
Pro, Team and Enterprise, and the free trial. On other plans, changes still reach you by email and in the feed.
Can we use an Office 365 connector (incoming webhook) URL?
No. Microsoft is retiring Office 365 connectors in Teams, and their incoming-webhook URLs aren't accepted. Use a workflow instead: the “Send webhook alerts to a channel” template takes a minute. Older workflow addresses on logic.azure.com stopped working in November 2025; copy the workflow's current URL from its first step.
Can people act on the card, as in Slack?
The card opens the change in Orlea, where your team marks it useful or archives it. A workflow only posts one way, so there are no buttons that act from Teams; for that, use the Slack app.
Who can see and change the workflow URL?
Admins add channels. Anyone with a workflow's URL can post to its channel, so Orlea stores it encrypted and never shows it again; to change it, add the channel anew.
Which language are the cards in?
The workspace's report language, English or Swedish: the labels and the change's own text alike.
